The following summary applies to Saint Art retail and trade sales. A detailed contract may accompany larger batch and custom orders.
Products
All skull, skeleton, fossil and archaeological-style pieces on this site are replicas or decorative objects. They are not offered as real animal remains, human remains or scientific excavation material.
Custom orders
Custom dimensions, colours and finishing are confirmed in writing before production. Because work is made to order, any agreed specification cannot normally be changed once production has begun.
Retail orders
Prices and availability are confirmed at checkout. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on destination, weight and service level.
Damaged goods
If a parcel arrives damaged, retain the outer packaging and send clear photos so our studio can resolve the claim with the carrier.
